"The President’s Engagement Prize was started by Amy Gutmann to give Penn seniors the ability to design and lead a local, national or international project after they graduate. The prize was awarded to Shadrack Frimpong in 2015 in order to build the Tarkwa Breman Model School for Girls and Community Clinic."
