Scott Aker is a registered architect and co-founder of the non-profit Institute for Architectural Research. His research interests include the study of geometry and the relationships between architecture, trauma, and memory. Scott's current studies focus on memorial architecture. His MS.Arch thesis culminated in a built project, the June 5th Memorial Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 2013-2018.
